- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆1st they called the next day to say messed up on tax refund 2600.00 done to zip and only said they were sorry. Then told us to come back in for a refigure of taxes...after I opened a claim and after refigure refund would be 183.00, but would give a refund on my 500.00 plus fees except filing fees.....told once we got the refund minus their fees we would have to mail the 2600 back to the IRS. We did and today told they finally submitted out H&R refund but have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for it...again they say their sorry? SMH!!!By David Reese, July 07, 2017
